Other People’s Shoulder

A common ploy to stay popular with the gang is to fire off someone else’s shoulder. That way, someone else does your dirty work, and someone else takes the fall.

To me, it demonstrates poor leadership and a lack of courage. The good leaders stand up and “own it”. The poor ones play the blame game. Cowardice and courage have one thing in common — they both say a lot about the person that stares back at you in the mirror.
