Platitude and Reality

We excel at sending motivational messages about “never giving up”, about “staying the course”, and about “creating positive energy in the world”. These messages sound good, they feel good, and these platitudes are designed to inspire.

The reality is different than the rhetoric.  We tend to crumble in the face of adversity and throw these lessons out the window.  What if we make the reality, meet the platitude? Think how beautiful that could be.  I certainly plan to try and make that happen.   I think you should do the same.
