Pointing Fingers

It’s common modus operandi. When things go south, blame someone else — typically those that have less professional equity and less clout. It’s the oldest trick in the book. And it’s getting old.

The good ones, stand up, and own it. They take complete responsibility for the failure points, and proactively fix it. Success is not defined by keeping the train on the track. True brilliance stems from getting a derailed train back on track — quickly, and without throwing other people under the bus.
