Pressure Tactics

I am no trained sales expert, but I have spent a career in the selling business. Bait and switch rarely works, and costs everyone more in the long run. When customers feel cheated, they never come back, and spread negative word of mouth. And then business suffers. 

Good business is about high integrity and doing the right thing. Doing the wrong thing is easier, but so much more painful over time. Besides, I answer to a much higher authority than my customers. Shouldn’t we all?
