I admire true professionals. Those that know when to speak, and when to let their work speak for itself. I admire those that say little, but carry a big stick. Those that know how to ignore the know-it-alls’ and focus on the task at hand.
True professionals don’t gossip; they don’t fuel the fire of idle chatter, and they show disdain for negative energy. These “pros” bring their “A” game every single day. These special people are the ones that can change the world.
Those that demonstrate professional character are the difference between excellent companies and the also rans. The million dollar question is a simple one — do you have a professional conscience? And if not, what do you plan to do about it?
