You don’t have to be a celebrity, pro athlete or a trailblazer to be a RAD woman. RAD women are tough and inspiring. They demonstrate “strength, courage and spirit” to inspire other women to be RAD.
My sister, daughter and wife are RAD women. Smart, independent and strong in multiple different ways. They demonstrate strength of character and steely resolve. I am so proud of all three of them. I also work with some incredibly talented RAD women. They know who they are, and what they do.
Raise your daughters to be RAD women. Maybe this world will be better because of it. And nobody will ever take them for granted.
