Resilience

resilience: noun.
the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness.

These are difficult times, and we are all collectively feeling the pain. It’s been an emotional, psychological and financial roller coaster for families and businesses. Everyone is hurting just a tad.

We must focus on bouncing back, on getting through these difficult times, and on being tough. Good advise from an article in Psychology Today: Building resilience comes from having a positive attitude, and being optimistic. The ability to regulate ones emotions, and the ability to see failure as a form of helpful feedback, goes a long way.

After the storm passes, the rainbows will dance in the skies, showing a glimpse of the good times, right around the corner.
