Scrounging on the Small Stuff

skyscrapers

We throw money at products that define our status, yet we scrounge on the tips we give to the hard working waitresses at the local restaurant. We invest heavily in equipment and machinery, but not the people who operate them. We invest in buildings, but not in the lives of those that toil in its shadows, and bring them to life.

So many smart people, who never seem to get it.
Be generous with the people who serve you.
Little gestures go a long way, and investing in the small stuff reaps big rewards.
