Set Your Intention

As a part of my morning meditation routine, I set my intention for the day. It may vary from kindness to positive thinking; from gratitude to resolve.  

I find that it sets the tone for the day, and it helps me focus.  Try it some time. Sit quietly for 11 minutes, focus on your breath and set your intention — it works wonders.
