How do you treat people who are in positions lower than you in the company hierarchy? How do you treat those that are not in a position to retaliate against you? How do you treat the poor, or those that are down on their luck?
How you treat these people says a lot more about your character than your symbols of wealth, or titles, or trappings of success. Don’t treat people how ‘you’ expect to be treated. Treat them how ‘they’ expect to be treated.
