Some things change. Some never do.
As new disruptive models of business create low asset based juggernauts, like Uber and Airbnb, the traditional companies are struggling to survive. A new world order is in place.
Yet in all this disruptive chaos, somethings have still not changed. Honesty and integrity still reign supreme. Technology has still not replaced the ability to write well, or seek well for that matter. A strong work ethic still sets the men apart from the boys, and emotional intelligence is probably more important today, than it has ever been.
Good people, and good organizations are built on strong foundations. I hope that never changes.
