Success – The Tip of the Iceberg

We marvel and admire those who are more successful than us. We might even secretly envy the luxuries and the opportunities their success affords them. Unfortunately, most of us only see the tip of the iceberg.

I think we need to focus more on the journey of successful people and how it allowed them to achieve their success. We pay no attention to how these people establish goals, take risks, make sacrifices and focus on their objectives through persistent hard work and drive. These are the factors that lurk below the surface and eventually drive their success.

Maybe its time for us to focus on the journey, and the key drivers of success, rather than the destination that has no easy road.
