Human tendency is to deflect blame when we make a mistake. It is easy to point fingers for our own shortcomings, but a lot tougher to belly up to the bar and take responsibility and ownership of things gone awry, when we mess up.
It’s easy to see through an act of playing the blame game. To earn respect, protect your people and stand up and be counted.
That’s what separates the men from the boys and the little girls from the ladies.
