This is no metaphor. This is real. Hurricane Michael barrels through the Florida panhandle, destroying lives like nothing else. There is no cure for the fury of Mother Nature.
The anxiety builds as storms churn in the Gulf of Mexico. Are we next? It’s the price we pay for living in God’s country. However, today we pray for those whose lives and livelihoods have been blown to blitherings, and swept away in the storm surge.
Mother Nature is so fickle. She blesses us with her beauty, and in a heartbeat, destroys lives without a pause. Please pray for those whose lives have been turned upside down. Why dear God, why?
