They hide behind small screens and keyboards and spew venom. Meet the “reviewers” who say nasty things about people and organizations, only because they can, and because they don’t have to disclose their identities.
We need to cut out the negativity. Provide constructive criticism, if it is warranted. If service failure occurs, tell them how to get better. Complaining aimlessly for the sake of complaining serves nobody well.
The funny thing is that those that complain the most, have never ever stepped into the arena themselves. And that’s pretty tragic.
