As a young couple exchanged wedding vows , the officiant spoke about the power of forgiveness — and how it was a central tenant of a long term meaningful relationship. I couldn’t agree more. Rohini is a gem when it comes to that, as I probably need more forgiveness than most.
I wish we could adopt this notion in our every day lives — in our daily interactions with the myriad of people who cross our path. It’s easier to sit in judgement, point fingers and play the blame game, than it is to forgive. Maybe greater acceptance of human failure and an attitude of forgiveness will help us all, in more ways than one.
