The Quest for Talent

The notion that human capital is an organizations most valuable resource, is well documented. It is a continuous struggle to get and keep the right people. 

More than just intellect, a keen cultural fit and a personable disposition are critical pieces of the human capital puzzle. 

Lots of interviews, on the job assessments, and scenario planning are important indicators whether the fit is real. A little bit of divine intervention certainly helps.
