When things go awry and a client is unhappy, the million dollar question is always the same — who do we blame, for the common good?
Typically, the tendency is to pick on the easy targets. Those that won’t retaliate, don’t mind taking the brunt, or losing face with the client. The problem occurs, when good team members lose face with their own people, because everyone turns the other way.
When we sacrifice good people, we kill motivation, fairness and integrity. The big bosses, who make the big bucks, need to step up to the plate and make things right.
Hi. Of course. So prevalent in India. Everyone goes for the most vulnerable people at work to make themselves look better. Matter of fact bosses are groupies themselves and align themselves to the loudest and non contributors.
