It was interesting week to say the least. Rohini and I spent an inordinate amount of time in the garden section to find plants to spruce up the schools. We shopped for salt water fish to add to ‘her’ aquariums.
We saved abandoned bunnies who were bathed and cleaned and shipped off to loving homes. And then we picked avocados to wrap up the weekend. My role? An educated chauffeur basking in her joy.
Everything I describe above, is so not me! However, watching her in her element, finding sheer happiness in the simple things, brings a smile to my heart. Maybe I should do this more often. And let the simple things rule.
