I have been blessed and privileged to teach the next generation of female executives, who are diligently working on their graduate degrees, as we speak.
They are a talented bunch, who want to learn, even though I “yell” at them constantly. Sometimes It takes tough love to push them to their intellectual limits. I work them hard, and have little sympathy for their workload plight.
They come to UTAMPA from around the world, with varying degrees of experience and circumstance. A few of these smart young ladies clearly stand out, in my mind, for their drive and insights. For now, it is best that they are left anonymous, as there is much work to be done in the months ahead.
I think the good ones know who they are, because if the glass slipper fits, they should wear it with pride. Their fairy tale life awaits……..
