When employees steal money or materials, we call it theft, and call the police. Seth Godin brilliantly suggests that those employees that bully others, erode the morale, and compromise the culture, are thieves too. And yet we do nothing about them.
While we would never put up with the first kind of thief, why would we ever be willing to put up with those that steal the essence of our business?
Get rid of all the thieves. Don’t discriminate by type. Time to do a clean sweep.
