It’s always the quiet ones that turn out to be tough as nails. They seek no sympathy, nor pity designed to hide the hurt.
Ironically the toughness does not stem from physical prowess, it stems from internal fortitude to work through life’s curve balls.
Amazing how much we can learn from those that appear small and dainty on the outside, but show an inner strength that is enviable.
