Tomorrow our team of educators expect to be greeted with smiling faces, anxious parents, and certainly a few tears. Rohini and her team kickoff their twenty third year of the Montessori schools. It has been her labor of love and her life’s calling to educate young children and build her tribe.
Her success is measured by the young men and women who have gone on to do wonderful things as doctors and engineers and educators. Her true success is defined by the kind of good people who she is putting out in this world.
I have a sense that each year, her passion for her craft, and for her people, continues to grow. Her tribe has bought into her vision of building a culture of respect. I will sit back and watch her live out her dreams. And make this world a little better, one child at a time.
