Note to self. Listen to your brain. Flying United after almost a decade — only because I wanted to get home early. Delay, after delay, after delay. Poor flow of information, passengers holed up in crowded lounges with almost no room to breathe. Will get home around 1:30am. Was supposed to be home before 10:00pm.
The bars are crowded and passengers are drowning their sorrows in beer and wine and just about anything else with alcohol.
United is the epitome of poor customer service and a poor customer experience. Not sure they even care. They are a great example for companies on what not to do. No more United after today. Never ever again. Ever.
