Void

Void:
noun
   1. a completely empty space

The empty spaces are all around us — restaurants, airports, malls, gyms etc. The eerie quiet does a number on the psyche. The markets are in free fall, and retirement accounts are getting empty in a hurry.

Good people are losing their jobs. Others risk losing their health. Some must even fear for their lives. And an empty feeling sits in the pit of our stomachs. The days of prosperity seem so far away, yet they will certainly return.

When the bad times pass, and the good times come around, our cups will fill and overflow once again. The void will be filled, and all will be well. It’s the way it has always been — the bad times are followed by the good. And this time is no different.
