Walking in the Snow

I love the snow.  Maybe because I get to spend time with the people I love — in close quarters — and maybe because it’s such a novelty, given that I live in Florida.

I sit here watching the snow fall quietly, covering every leaf in its path.  The imagery of snow in all it’s natural beauty is good for my soul. It is a gentle reminder that you can  carve a path, even when the terrain has been redefined.

As you surround yourself with your loved one, this Holiday season, I wish you all a Merry Christmas.  The road ahead has endless possibilities. However, nothing ever happens till you step out and forge a path.
