Water and The Duck

duck

I know a few senior executives and administrators that never make any decisions. They are, at best, competent at assigning work to others and never take responsibility for anything gone awry.

It is tough to be wrong when you don’t do anything. The strategy is simple — palm off the responsibilities, evaluate everything with a stern disposition and point fingers when things don’t go your way. A little bit like water off the ducks back. How can you be at fault, when you do nothing, and nothing sticks to you?
