It is a profound, yet important question that you should answer for yourself — what drives you?
There are no easy answers. As we sat around yesterday, sipping wine, and spending time with each other, I raised the question.
The answers varied from “always wanting to learn”, to “wanting to get better at my craft, every day”, to “creating extraordinary experiences for the people I love”.
There are no right answers, and rarely does the same thing drive different people. That is the beauty of different perspectives. Think about what drives you, and it just might impact how you allocate your time and resources. And don’t ever lose that focus!
