Ironic that a lady who exploited my wife, in a professional setting 20 years ago, reached out to the school applying for a job. Yes it’s true; what goes around, comes around.
We treat our people with a tremendous amount of love and respect. We are far from perfect in our dealings, but are quick to apologize when we are in the wrong. We certainly never hold their jobs, like the sword of Damocles, over their heads. Maybe that’s why they stay with us, year after year.
The key is to find the right people, give them the resources they need to succeed, and get out of the way. In the long run, you are only as good as the people around you.
