You ever had an out of body experience? I did today dealing with a major telecom company starting with V. They wanted authorization from a former employee who left the company 18 month ago for me to make changes to my account so my phone would work in Europe. The fact that I own my company was irrelevant. Really? Did common sense just leave the building? Or is stupidity alive and well?
The problem with common sense is that it is not very common. I wish that this was an original thought, but it is just so applicable yet lacking in today’s world.
Once in a while let rules and regulations and policy go out the window. Just use your brain, and do the right thing — please…
