When the Tail Wags the Dog

When a dog wags it’s tail, it is a sign of unbridled joy and happiness.  When the tail wags the organizational dog, there is utter confusion. 

Don’t let bureaucracy get in the way of effective progress.  When we get bogged down in checking boxes and meeting protocol, the entrepreneurial spirit goes out the window.  

Let’s try and be as happy as the dogs.  Let’s not mess with nature and progress.
