Our culture puts a premium on winning and those that lose, head home looking at the dirt in front of their shoes. We celebrate success and brush failure under the rug.
I think we should shift the paradigm. Win or Learn. We must collectively remove losing and failure from our mindset and focus on getting better. While winning maybe important, we can’t minimize the importance of learning. How else will we excel in the long run?
