I often hear that there is a shortage of human capital in the Tampa Bay area. I am blessed to be surrounded by exceptional young talent at The University of Tampa. Meet Michael, Brianna, Jessica and Hayden (in the picture above). Exceptional ladies, and a smart young man, who get the job done — consistently, with a smile on their face. Companies would be lucky to hire them!
I agree that there is a growing need for smart young people, who have the necessary skill set and the emotional intelligence, to be effective in the workplace.
The talent exists. The key is to find it, develop it, nurture it and get out of the way. I hit a home run with this dedicated team. So proud of them all.
